Terms & Conditions for MyCleverCorner Routine
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Android app "MyCleverCorner Routine".
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose
The app is an organization tool for school routines, tuition schedules, homework, pending work, notes, reminders, and related personal planning. It does not replace official instructions from a school, teacher, institution, examination board, or other authority.
3. Your Information
You are responsible for information you enter in the app. Do not store passwords, PINs, OTPs, financial information, medical information, or other highly sensitive material in routine entries, notes, homework, or pending items.
4. Local Storage And Data Loss
The current app stores routine information locally on the device. Users are responsible for protecting the device and creating backups when backup tools are available.
Data may be lost if the app is uninstalled, app storage is cleared, a device is reset, a backup is incomplete, a file is deleted, or the device or operating system fails. MyCleverCorner cannot guarantee recovery of locally stored data.
5. Reminders And Notifications
Notification timing can be affected by Android settings, battery optimization, permissions, device time, software restrictions, or the app not being allowed to run. Users should not rely on the app as the only source for an important class, examination, deadline, appointment, or emergency reminder.
6. Routine Accuracy
Users are responsible for checking entered days, times, classes, subjects, teachers, homework, and deadlines. MyCleverCorner is not responsible for missed periods, tuition sessions, homework, deadlines, or other events caused by incorrect information or unavailable notifications.
7. Backup, Export, And Sharing
When you export, back up, restore, or share information, you choose the destination and third-party service. You are responsible for selecting the correct file and protecting exported information. Third-party apps and cloud services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Acceptable Use
- Use the app lawfully and without harming other people, devices, services, or systems.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, alter distribution files, or misuse future online features.
- Respect MyCleverCorner branding, design, software, and intellectual property.
9. Intellectual Property
The app design, software, structure, graphics, and MyCleverCorner branding belong to MyCleverCorner or their respective owners. Personal use of the app does not transfer ownership of these materials.
10. Third-Party Services
The app may interact with Google Play, Android notifications, file sharing, WhatsApp, cloud storage, or other third-party services selected by the user. Availability and behavior of those services are outside MyCleverCorner's control.
11. App Changes And Availability
MyCleverCorner may update, correct, rearrange, add, remove, pause, or discontinue app features when necessary. Continuous availability, compatibility with every device, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCleverCorner is not responsible for indirect loss, missed classes or deadlines, academic loss, lost opportunity, lost local data, device problems, notification failure, or decisions made solely from information in the app.
13. Changes To These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the app, services, law, or business requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
