These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using MyCleverCorner English.
1. Acceptance
By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Purpose Of The App
MyCleverCorner English is an educational app for English lessons, word meanings, summaries, revision, tests, notes, and study support.
The app is a learning aid. It is not a replacement for official school instructions, board notices, teacher guidance, or official textbooks.
3. Educational Accuracy
We try to keep lesson content useful and accurate. However, educational content may contain mistakes, omissions, interpretation differences, typing errors, translation errors, answer-key errors, formatting issues, outdated information, or differences from a school, teacher, textbook, board, or examination requirement.
The app is only a learning support tool. Users should not depend only on the app for examinations or important academic decisions. Students should verify important exam information, answers, syllabus matters, and interpretations with teachers, official textbooks, school materials, board notices, and other official sources.
MyCleverCorner is not responsible if a user receives lower marks, loses exam opportunity, misunderstands a lesson, writes an incorrect answer, or makes an academic decision because of relying only on app content.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the app for lawful educational purposes.
- Respect MyCleverCorner content and intellectual property.
- Avoid copying, reselling, or redistributing lesson content without permission.
- Avoid trying to bypass future paid lessons, subscriptions, or security controls.
- Avoid using the app in a way that harms the app, website, backend, or other users.
5. Intellectual Property
The app design, structure, explanations, lesson organization, notes, tests, graphics, and MyCleverCorner branding belong to MyCleverCorner or its respective content owners.
Users may use the content for personal learning. Users may not copy, sell, upload, publish, or redistribute app content as their own product without written permission.
6. User Notes
The app may allow users to write personal notes. In the current version, notes are stored locally on the user's device. Users are responsible for what they write in their notes.
7. Free And Paid Content
Some lessons or features may be free. In the future, some lessons, subscriptions, tests, downloads, or premium features may require payment.
Paid digital content inside the Android app will follow Google Play rules, including Google Play Billing where required.
8. Payments, Subscriptions, And Refunds
Paid features are not active in the current version. If paid features are added later, prices and subscription terms will be shown before purchase, purchases will be handled through Google Play where required, and cancellation/refund handling will follow Google Play policies and applicable law.
9. App Availability
We may update, correct, change, remove, rearrange, pause, or discontinue any lesson, question, answer, explanation, test, feature, design, or service when needed. We may do this with or without prior notice, where permitted by law.
Some features may require internet access in future versions.
10. No Guarantee Of Results
The app can support learning, but it cannot guarantee exam marks, admission, job results, language fluency, or any specific academic outcome.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MyCleverCorner is not responsible for indirect loss, exam loss, marks loss, academic loss, data loss, device problems, lost opportunity, emotional distress, or decisions made only based on app content.
12. Termination Or Restriction
If users misuse the app, content, payment systems, or future accounts, MyCleverCorner may restrict access where technically possible and legally allowed.
13. Changes To These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time when the app, website, content, payment model, law, or business requirements change. We may not give individual notice for every change. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means the user accepts the updated Terms.
