These Terms govern use of the Android app "MyCleverCorner Assistant".

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Purpose

The app is a personal organization tool for tasks, reminders, family references, account-maintenance records, markets, school, tuition, websites, apps, devices, files, health, goals, and related planning.

3. Not Financial, Medical, Legal, Or Professional Advice

The app records information entered by the user. It does not provide investment, trading, banking, tax, medical, legal, security, or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for independent verification and professional guidance where appropriate.

4. Sensitive Information

Do not store passwords, PINs, OTPs, recovery codes, full card details, authentication secrets, trading passwords, or unmasked credentials. Use a reputable password manager and appropriate multi-factor authentication.

5. Accuracy And Authority

Users are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, balances, reminders, account labels, deadlines, file locations, and other content. Users must have appropriate authority or permission before recording information about another person or account.

6. Local Storage, Updates, And Data Loss

The app automatically stores current data locally and is designed to preserve recognized data during normal updates. Updates do not replace the need for backup. Data can still be lost through uninstall, clearing app storage, device reset, corruption, device loss, operating-system failure, or an incomplete or incorrect restore.

7. Reminders

Reminder timing can be affected by Android permissions, battery optimization, device time, system restrictions, software faults, or the app not running. Do not rely on the app as the only reminder for financial, medical, legal, tax, account-freeze, security, examination, or other critical obligations.

8. Backup, Export, And Restore

Users choose the destination and third-party service for exported files. Users are responsible for protecting backup files, selecting the correct restore file, and checking restored data. Third-party services operate under their own terms.

9. Acceptable Use

Use the app lawfully and without harming another person, device, account, or service.
Do not use it for unauthorized access, surveillance, impersonation, fraud, harassment, or credential storage.
Do not bypass security, misuse future online features, or redistribute the app without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Google Play, Android, websites, banks, brokers, cloud storage, email, messaging, and other external services are outside MyCleverCorner's control and have separate terms and availability.

11. Intellectual Property

The app design, software, structure, graphics, and MyCleverCorner branding belong to MyCleverCorner or their respective owners. Personal use does not transfer ownership.

12. App Changes

MyCleverCorner may update, correct, rearrange, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features. Compatibility with every device and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCleverCorner is not responsible for indirect loss, missed obligations, financial loss, investment outcomes, health outcomes, lost opportunity, lost local data, notification failure, unauthorized device access, or decisions made solely from app content.
